#1my first kit -ng 1/100, plenty of nibs..no lining (no liner dat time- nw lined and nub marks cleaned)
#3 first mg -broke front left leg armor (glued in with mr hobby deluxe)
#4 2nd mg - sf wing' cant lock in position..kept pressing until memang cant lock ==
#5 3rd hg - broke v-fin..(glued back with uhu)
*
#1 my first kit. NG 1/100 aile strike, cut snap lining roughly. aile pack connector broken, use glu tack stick it for now
#2 (unofficial) lil bro's HG 1/144 Aegis, cut snap lining roughly, broken left leg. but for transformable gunpla it is impressive for that. just dont have beam saber.
#3 my 2nd kit. NG 1/100 Freedom, cut snap lining and get broken the wing connector by friend, then he give me new spare part.
#4 (unofficial) lil bro's NG 1/144 Blitz, cut snap only. since blitz is black so lining in black colour is useless XD
#5 my first MG kit, RX-78-4, cut snap lining, and using liquid paper paint some area into white...on that beam canon.
#6 (unofficial) my bro first MG kit, RX-78-5, i was wanted that kit but my brother chosen so haih....doh.gif

- stop for period until RG announced-

#7 first RG kit, rx-78-2, cut snap lining and erase unwanted line.... photography it with ipad ipod touch bla bla. later on purchase tamiya chrome marker and paint paint. accident snap left leg armor because wanted remove and paint some inner frame doh.gif (use glu tack stick on it, working XD)
#8 RG zaku II, nothing to say
#9 RG aile strike, still havent finish stick sticker in OFFICE ph34r.gif (the only one gunpla i assemble in office brows.gif )

hahaha. i'm bit old to start with gundam modeling. always wanted to get but expensive. so my friend's decision to sell me his half assembled strike freedom burst mode for RM 85 somehow started my self-poisoning session.

i plan to paint later...once i m more steady. hahaha. i also intend to just panel line and touch up...clear the nubs.

my plan - http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...&#entry43569310

'a bit' old? how old? hmm.gif

top coat will help your kit to preserve all the detailing such panel lines and decals.. and if done with a flat type, it'll give that non-plasticky look.. brows.gif but I haven't been to the level of top coating my kits yet. so far satisfied with just snap fitting and panel lining cool2.gif

Hehehe why the destiny got heini color???that heini guy just in the show for few episode only...then slashed into two hahahaha

Heine Westenfluss does seem to be a Bandai favourite. Like you mentioned, he only showed up in the anime for like a few episodes but has a disproportionate amount of kits released, and now a 'limited edition' somemore.

don't worry too much. If you are careful, breaks are rare.

Just be cautious when disassembling, trim the pins a bit if you think you're gonna be taking the parts apart again later.

gunplas are delicate mang. despite of its menacing looks laugh.gif

btw, broke my MG Strike+IWSP's ankle armor after it fell down when I'm attempting to do some on-its-own-feet standing pose. didn't last even half an hour. just wanna test the limit of the back-heaviness, and then decided it's only meant for on-display-base-only sweat.gif

also, broke the hook for one of the tail fins of the Core Splendor for my MG Sword Impulse. put it in, and tried to take it out back for a forgotten reason doh.gif

it's too late for me to trim.... and i don intend to take it apart coz i can feel it's fragile if u try to disassemble. so i gonna do a challenging thing - panel lining and polishing when the gundam is already built =_=
