Er I think it's not that good asking you out and help me to do some testings, end up I don't buy from you. I prefer go to shop and do the testings so I can make my decision later. They really don't have demo unit for testing?

What is your budget?
What is the usage of keyboard, Gaming or typing?
Do you need numpad?
Do you need macros?
Do you need backlit?
Do you need it to be portable?
Do you need local warranty, or are you willing to forgo the local warranty to get more options from China/Taiwan? i.e Taobao & PCHome

The first question is the most important one I think.
New Mechanical Keyboards can range from RM150 from the cheapest ones, to over RM2 - 3k for the crazily expensive ones.
*
Hmmmm....I'm not really sure what kind of keyboard should I get. I do play games, and I also spent a lot of time surfing Internet and Forums. I guess 50% gaming and 50% typing. I'm not really sure...Haha..How about you decide it for me?

Well, as for my budget, it would be nice if I can spend it under Rm200.

For RM200, you are mostly limited to buying it from foreign source.

China Source
Rappoo V7 via China. About RM160 with coupon DEALAM
http://www.dinodirect.com/keyboard-gaming-....html#mycarttip
QC is bad, but each key is programmable. No need special macro keys

Otherwise you can look around Taobao for:
PLU87
PLUM
Noppoo

These are decent brands that the Chinese pick. It should be within RM250 shipped depending on which switch type and the Taobao Agent that you pick

Taiwan Source
http://www.armygroup.com.tw/shop/goods.php?id=4707
IOne M10 Cherry Blues with Chinese Keycaps
RM225 Shipped

You can try surfing this page
http://global.pchome.com.tw/?mod=store&fun..._NO=DCAH0X&tm=u

Notable choices include Ducky DK1008 with Cherry Browns/Blues
RM230 Shipped

Malaysian Source:
Razer BW from anywhere you can see it
DK1008 from Storm88
Wait for people to regret their purchase and list them in Garage Sales

I have been wondering here. Is Msia computer shops don't sell Mechanical Keyboard? I means, I am surprised when you mentioned the "shipping fee".

I went to Lowyat today, I saw Ducky and Filco, + BW, I got to test out their Ducky, well I don't know, the key feels weird O.o, or maybe I've not gotten use to it, a lot of typos when I test just now.

I saw Filco got listed in their price list, but can't see Ducky though.

So basically u have to ask them to let u try, then after testing u just leave without buying anything from them?

And after that you will kena tiao kao kao after you leave without buying. tongue.gif

So it's better you read online + watch youtube, and imagine yourself how it works, then when your interested and you're preparing to buy, only you go test tongue.gif

Viewnet also sell RM479? That's not good, I'm expecting Viewnet will sell around C-zone price. Seems like C-zone is the only way to get.
