HTC premium navigation?, its not a thing ive used before so i wouldnt know, lol. Plus, I'll be damned if I get lost in Kota Kinabalu hahaha

Didnt do much testing yet, im doing the battery reconditioning and redownloading my apps. Will properly update tomorrow.

how u do the battery reconditioning? i really cant get it from what the xda thread refer to..

i saw few ppl stay to s-off their phone and install custom ROM..hmm..do anyone same with me or izzit me that still insist of letting out the beast due to some insufficient knowledge about rooting..haha

actually once you s-off ad flash custom rom its rooted already, if you wanna revert just flash the original stock rom that you can download from a link a forumer provided above.

Is this what they call a temporary root?, as far as i understand the root comes with the custom ROM.

I guess root or not to root is the same since htc is goint to unlock s-off too, i dont think warranty will be void >.< just my opinion.

It's not related at all whether s off or on with the warranty. smile.gif

Rooting is going to affect the warranty though.

So if I flash back to factory ROM after using ARHD ROM will the phone still be considered 'rooted'?

You will need to unroot it supposedly. biggrin.gif but I never did that with my dhd. biggrin.gif

Btw I can't turn on my phone on the ac charger after i turn it off, also when its on the ac charger. Have to unplug the cable and reinsert the battery. Don't know this happened after flashing because I never did it before until today.

I can only turn on after I unplug the AC charger and reinsert the battery....It won't turn on if the AC Charger is plugged in. Anyone experiencing the same issues on either Stock or Custom ROM?
