Which one ar Acid? the one at the first page? If we use the modded one, we should see "Catalyst PRO Control Center", right?


My CCC 11.6 doesnt have the "software" tab under information, only "AMD Home" tab is there... So, how can we see our version?


After enable advanced view, I still cant find the way to check the version

u saw information once u enable it? click it u will see 3 stuff.. hardware,software,i can't rmb! click software!

no wo... for ours don't have "software tab"....

anyway we can still check driver version in device manager.

hmm, if this radeon card doesnt work well with 3dsmax or Maya, I feel like Ive to cancel my order on this otherwise great laptop......any insight from anyone?

radeon card works fine with 3dmark11.. just physicx score lost to nvidia card for sure..

ccc > information > software

is information tab not software.. will show when u enable the advance mode.. after that still got some stuff u need enable at regedit like MLAA & catalyst A.I to increase performance when gaming..

weird? u using what card? desktop or laptop? when u installed the driver, does ur screen flick (black screen for few sec)???

Our is the latest CCC 11.6 for Radeon HD 6770M
and yes, when I was installing the driver, screen turned black few times for few seconds

I think ATI removed those tab in the lastest CCC, not sure why...

cos my CCC got software details.. if u installed the driver got turned to black screen few sec mean u installed correct driver.. so weird~ u dun even have hydravision at all..

To those who received or has their 6114tx, would anyone out there mind testing out if 3dsmax or Maya works well with their laptops with regards to the dynamic switching issue.

ngkhanmein, you have a different graphic card? cause those who are using Radeon HD 6770M having the same CCC without those configuration options...

Hydravision can be installed separately if I'm not wrong...

i installed the driver come with hydravision.. so weird~ u can dl cpuz 0.5.3 at filehippo.com or at device manager there also can..

bro.. you could reinstall back the driver from HP or Catalyst 11.5b if the new one is such a problematic.
