Is there any alternate way to check whether hit quota already or not for unlimited 68 plan?! I call CS they can't check, my data usage in my iPhone is not accurate..

shd be able to check with Digi OCS, log into your a/c and goto - My Accout -> Usage Info.

U will see your quota, usage this month, available quota and last updated time and date.

digi unlimited internet plan still have limit for 3gb..after exceed 3gb the speed will be throttled..same like idigi plan...

If we want to complain the bill details, we must print out the bill statement ourselves before going to Digi centers or we can ask them to direct check from the center?

u can call digi helpline directly o go to digi centre..no need to print the bills..they can check in their system..

Usually when is the bill cycle date?!

I called digi CS they told me 5th, then another told me 8th then when I go digi center asked they said no bill cycle date generated yet =____="

then the best way is wait for the bill..from the bill u will know when ur recycle date...

But I don't have paper bill

u can see ur bill in digi ocs..open it n when ur bill is ready u can download it..open the bill n see the billing date..

Guys, just want to ask regarding network problem

Usually I on my 3G 24/7, but then even in pj area like Kelana jaya most of the time I only receive edge. Sometime I can't even connect to the net at all. I have contact the service center/ help line a few time, had even reset myphone network & they have reset problem still persist there.

Another problem is that, my call frequent disconnect, also have reset network.

By tue way do you guys face such problem?

have u try insert ur sim in other phone??if not try it n see whether the network problem still there or solve..if still there ur sim is problem..if not ur iphone might have a problem..

Last time when it started that time was good until when ther are move user, the network getting bad. Last time at home 3G was very stable, today only can receive edge and sometime can't even receive connection

try to insert the sim on other phone as i mention above...see whether its the same problem or the problem solve...or u can bring the phone to digi centre and they can check it for u...
