hai..
i buy my iphone 4 from my friend & now the phone got a home button problem...the question is can i just bring the phone to service center with the service card or need my friend come along?..

u need to bring along ur friend coz the warranty is under the name of ur friend and only ur friend can claim the warranty for u... nod.gif

vy troublesome procedure..... if buy from unknown forumer then hv to pray hard hard that he going to entertain you in future....

DIGI CS at Sunway told me that can claim warranty by warranty card only. I think this CS maybe give me wrong information.

Guys, I would like to know if anyone has been experiencing constant calls unable to get through problem. I'm getting a lot of feedback from my friends that when they call me, it goes directly into voicemail. I have my phone on 24/7 & there is always signal but this "unable to reach the number you have called" problem is driving me crazy. Heck, at times even SMS sent to me can't go through.

have u call digi helpline and ask them to check the network coverage at ur area??maybe the network coverage at ur area under maintenance or something... hmm.gif

Hey everyone! Just sharing with this thread....

I signed up for the the P138 plan about a year ago when I got my hands on the 3Gs. Just last 2 weeks, it died on me. 1 year, 1 Month old. Warranty had lapsed.

Went to DiGi center in SOHO KL today, customer service told me that they won't repair any of the units - RM1k for replacement.

A colleague of mine had his IP4 replaced there due to water damage, also for RM1k.

So this means, RM1k for replacements units of the 3Gs, IP4, doesn't really add up cause it's RM1k for either 16GB or 32GB upon availability of stock.

Just sharing!

Hi I have experiencing no internet connection on digi network today. It has the 3G logo on top but I can't access the internet at all.

I have restored my firmware to 4.3.3 yesterday and since then I have no internet connection at all on digi.

I have tried resetting network settings and tried to download the settings through itunes as instructed here but after resetting and when i connect to itunes, I don't see any select update settings written there by Digi.

So anyone out there could help me out a bit? I have no idea what is going on with my phone now.

using Iphone 4 btw, firmware 4.3.3, jailbroken.

its becoz ur iphone does't use the latest ios(4.3.5) thats why the itunes does'nt ask u to update network settings...so now u still cant access to the internet?? hmm.gif
