i bought iphone 4 from digi,now the iphone in recovery mode,i cant update the firmware to the latest 1,i keep on getting error 3194,i'll tried every method on google&youtube to solved the error but none of them is worked,now i end up so frustrated,can i just bring this iphone back to digi&ask them help me update the firmware?(previously i;m using 4.3.3,now i want to upgrade to 4.3.5)anyone facing this problem before?

oh i see, hehe i will if i go there then went to ss2 outlet and it was renovating! So pissed off! :/

i will bring it over tomorrow,how long do i need to wait for the update?do i need to leave my iphone there?

If I wanna change my line to digi and get the iphone plan, do i really have to go to the centre or can i just go to their specialised store? the website is making me feeling confused :/

Added on August 21, 2011, 12:52 amu need to go to nearest digi centre mate...u can port in ur current number to digi postpaid plan...wait for 24 hours for port in and then go to digi centre to convert the plan to idigi plan together with the purchase of new iphone 4...

sorry guys have a question here.. i tried searching but i guess thats too wide. if i bought a DG set iphone from someone else, can i claim it from DG? i mean its like not registered under my name

cannot, u need to bring the 1st owner to claim the warranty..without the first owner u cannot claim the warranty coz the warranty is under the name and ic of the 1st owner...

I asked b4 maxis center, they told me can wor, as long as u cab provide the service card to them

maxis and digi use different policy mate..maxis does not require the 1st owner to be present to claim warranty, just need to bring the service card..for digi, they requires the 1st owner to be the one who can claim the warranty since the warranty is cover under the name of the 1st owner only..
