Just wanna ask, the digi prepaid smart plan is it only for new users ? Means existing users cant change to this plan ?

As for the validity, Reload RM30 , validity is only 15 days. 15 days is only for calls and smses while the data plan still valid till 1 month ?

can i claim warranty with digi since i not the original buyer,but i have whole set with digi privilege card?
can i claim digi set warranty with other authorised reseller like Mac and Machine?
normally how long to wait when claim with digi?

p/s: my relative give me an iphone 4 digi set and now he is in oversea work...my warranty is until 14/8/2012...now i am facing problem that the home button cant response well...quite sometimes when i single press the button it will come out multitask bar,sometimes it will not appear anything when i press home button,sometimes it do work fine...

hope someone can help my case and answer my thread...thx u...

generally, u CANT claim the warranty since u r not the 1st/real owner of the phone...BUT u may give a try to claim the warranty from DIGI by providing the proof that ur relative is currently work oversea..try to call the customer service first to clarify about this..maybe they will ask u to bring the photocopy of the real owner along when sending the phone..the warranty only can be claim at digi center or digi specialized store..it will take around 3 days to 4 weeks depend on which digi center/store u sent for the warranty claim process..hope this answer helps u..

would like to seek advice from you guys, do anyone know how to solve the passwords if you forgot the online password to log in and some more get the reset passwords, but still cannot log in?

currently, I have donwload an apps for easy to check my bill or something related to Digi. and I have tries few times to log in via OCS, but I have forgot password and requeted reset it from the apps inside directly (there have one option for reset), after few of min that get the password from digi I think, there showed me that use that number for your log in OCS.

After tries few times, it's not successful to log in, how come like this since they reset and provided me new password.

Anyone here encounter this issued?

Look like this apps quite good (haven't try it) as I can see the simply of picture from apple store, there has provided checking bill payment and can be done payment in there as well.
