I did went to D'chat and asked for twice regarding the throttled speed after exceeded limit...first time told me 128kbps....and second time was 64kbps...both i did asked them to confirm.... rclxub.gif

really wonder which one is true....and yes...when i signed up for the iphone 4s...they told me 5kbps as well... doh.gif doh.gif
