The penalty is RM500 as far as I know. I'm traveling out for a month before my contract ends and when I'm back, I'll have to get the damn phone for 1399 instead of 799. From Maxis' website on contract extensions it says "If you are under a phone contract with Maxis (iPhone or selected smart phones), then you are eligible for a contract extensions. "

The CS staff didn't mention a thing about contract extensions and simply said that "it's not possible" without even checking.

see the last part, phone-12 months but then got also written SEP & SSP - 24 months, SEP is samsung elite partners la, dunno ssp is wut, i can only guess if buy from SEP is 24 months maybe..

Guys ,i accidentally deleted a contact in whatsapp...now ive lost the contact and wish to add it again...

So ive added again..but it doesnt show as a contact in my list...it just show up numbers..

Do i have to reinstall whatsapp again?

does it mean only current customers with maxis plan can get it @RM799 for the first 300 units OR we need to subscribe for maxis plan to get it @RM799?

That's nonsense from Maxis. Why on earth do I need a new number? If I am interested to extend my current contract for another 2 years (which is a hefty amount), I would expect them to be a little bit more flexible.

Anyway, "MaxisListens" in twitter is dealing with me now and they seem to be more helpful to check out. If they still say crappy thing like "u have to pay penalty", "get a new number", "u have to wait", then forget it, I'm going to Digi
