normally when contractors say too many jobs, it will stretch for minimum half a year.
Unless u don't mind contractors sub your work out to other ppl.

This is very common, especially when u see your fren house is done up nicely but yours (samecontractor)
is more inferior.

Finally the Metal Grill and autogate is done.

Let start with Grill.

And finally. MPSJ came cut the tree.. Took them nearly 3 months. I complain in early Aug, now only they do it. They set dateline to 30th Nov. Crazy.

Good to see that your place is nearly complete.
The removal of the tree kinda symbolize that your obstacle is removed.

Plan to move in very soon.

Is Jotun Shield only, I gave it to my contractor to do. Don't know the price per tin.

All gate are steal, Aluminum too expensive for me.

do u plan to lay tiles for your car porch? i think need to wait at least 3 to 4 years for the cements to settle down.. eg, after few months staying, u will start to find some cracks on the car porch area.. jst my developer, contractor and office engineer share with me when i ask them..

3 to 4 years. Crazy meh. 28 days to fully cured.

Not going to tiles. Is going to be Acid Stained.

don believe, u can try.. those cement area expose to sun and raining will crack..
