Finally the Metal Grill and autogate is done.
Let start with Grill. Windows and Door design. From Inside ![]() From Outside ![]() Door ![]() Gate + Auto arm ![]() OAE Arm ![]() And finally. MPSJ came cut the tree.. Took them nearly 3 months. I complain in early Aug, now only they do it. They set dateline to 30th Nov. Crazy. ![]() |

do u plan to lay tiles for your car porch? i think need to wait at least 3 to 4 years for the cements to settle down.. eg, after few months staying, u will start to find some cracks on the car porch area.. jst my developer, contractor and office engineer share with me when i ask them..
