If you going to have internet, especially unifi, now's the time to lay in all your cat cables and necessary power points. nod.gif

The door, not sure the grade think is Grade 2 Nyatok solid wood. RM 330
Frame is RM 310 Nyatok grade 1.
Hinge is RM 6 each need 3
Lock is RM 88
Installation with one normal lock can't recall exact amount cause mine is lump sump whole house could be RM 70 ~ 80.
Skirting RM 0.80 per feet.
Paint on door, frame, and skirting RM 240.

So total is about RM 1090 for normal door.

If you use metal frame, is cheaper by RM 150, but is very thin. Use the thicker frame will cost more than the wood frame.

Best Mode @ Salak South

Is not the cheapest, only at market rate.

Friend, your hinges seems to be a little cheap. Hope you got a good one cause solid doors are quite heavy and if your hinges are not good then the door will drop and then can't close. rclxub.gif
Then if you change the hinges later then the frame and door not so nice already. doh.gif

Just a reminder whistling.gif

Hello Kawan, back from East already?

The hinge is for normal solid wood single door, is good for the door, not to worry is good quality too smile.gif

My entrance hinge I use ball bearing hinge, that one is not cheap tho...
