At least have a framework, and what you want on the area. That way you know what are the necessary things there (cabling, piping, trunking, etc). If you need LAN, CCTV, Alarm, you need to know where it all terminate. Detail will come when we start building it. Most important don't put all your dependency to the designer/Project Manager/Site Supervisor because they can't read your mind.

Nice! I saw this shoe cabinet in black at Quill City Mall, so I guess it's from the same furniture company. My uncle also bought quite a number of furniture from this company at Quill City Mall.. smile.gif

I did, but only curtains. Is not that expensive if you get their promotion items (in 2011)

Hi Wei Kee,

Just finished reading all 36 pages. Looks awesome and even got several ideas from ur reno lime ur car porch concrete stain. Im starting reno in Nov at Putra Heights.

hi, did u also do cement flooring in living room? what brand of material is that? saw a lot of self leveling cement but not sure those are the right 1 to use. want to have a matte and smooth finish.
