This is The original house plan, Took me 1 day full measurement and draw using Visio near to scale.

It still bother me, why do the USJ developer design such a odd shape house. Can't they have a good architect designing a proper square house? Maybe is my personal preference.

Yes, i move out the toilet, and reinforce the floor so future upgrade will not be so hassle. Also is not much more compare to just build ground floor kitchen with normal clay roof. Last i compare, is only extra of 2k to 3k, cause clay roof is not cheap too.

Wet work, new water pipe, roof secure with zinc sheet, all new electrical wiring, windows is about 90k +-

Still got flooring, electrical items, paints, furniture, doors, and lots more... easily another fold of the amount.

Hope to see more pictures of your reno soon.

Like you I'm also doing reno on my house at the moment as well. It's a problem balancing the budget when considering the other aspects (grill, alarm, tiles, fittings, cabinets, furniture, etc, etc)!

This one is after 2nd, 3rd, 4th, weeks and recent photos of renovation.

2nd week, Work focus more on the rear, did not take photos.

The front are nearly gone, the round round floor also gone.

Removed one of the ugly pillar, the 2nd pillar will be remove after new slab is build.

3th week,
The front slab was build

4th week,
The front full slab is build. (there is another 6' slab to be build for parking porch)
user posted image

The rear floor raised, and pillar raised for toilet. <some mistake here, the toilet pillar suppose to be wider, but managed to find a workaround to the problem>

Taken last week,
The front section, ugly round pillar no longer there.

At my section, there is 3 variant + corner type.
2 intermediate terrace variant and the other variant is with a narrow piece of land at the side.
My model is the one with the intermediate variant with a narrow driveway columm. sad.gif
The one calling for RM700K is the intermediate type with the wide driveway columm.
Another difference is that it faces south (Good Feng Shui, I guess) blush.gif

Good Feng Shui or not is not only depend of facing south. Got lots of factor. Now the agent are finding all sort of excuse to sell it higher.
