Why not you build a small room under the stair? can be store room.

If your stair Modify to direct down, will it save more space and look nicer?

According to contractor and the architect, as long as you do not do any modification that change the outside shape, anything inside is your own business. cool2.gif

Generally if the stair directly faces the exit, not so good Feng shui. But my stairs turned to the side OK lah. cool2.gif
Furthermore gonna do some renovation there, give the area a good "Hei". Show you guys later. biggrin.gif

green glass.

Price around RM35 -RM 36 / Square feet

(with frosted film)

Price RM50/ Square feet
To supply and install 1.2thk aluminium frame
powder coated sliding window c/w 5mm dark
green glass.

Price RM26/ Square feet

depend on your quantity. If the quantity is a lot, then can bargain. If only for one window, then not much bargaining power..

Just wondering why you are using dark green glass? Were you looking to reduce the heat transmitter into your house?

Dark Green Glass - more for aesthetic reason.

Have you tried asking for quotation from different supplier?
There are slight price difference depending on the type of aluminium sections
for the window.
casement windows will slightly more the the sliding. Top hung will cost even more.
