Streamyx shaping my bandwidth, usually i get 1.5mbps, nowdays i only get around 900 kbps

i guess they are doing something....i downloading movie also so damn slow now....zzzzz its less than half of the normal speed...
downloaded part 1 morning...then part 2 until now still havent finish...want to watch movie also dont want...later half way then need to wait somemore  |
