Even if they don't give back your usual speed, you can't complain because you subscribe to 1mb plan. Same thing happened here

my ping to lowyat.net is 1200+ ms. and the speed seems like hard capped to 42.7kB/s (thats the peak)

if they start to cap the speed, they should give notice of bandwidth usage and all that stuffs. and if the do cap, suckssss..... capping the already shitty connection.

your download speed is the max speed u can get with 1mb package but your upload is very bad...

Last time 1MBps can reach 1.6-1.7MB/s on speedtest.net now.. 0.9XMB/s... sad.. but well it's still 1MBps can't complain lol..

atleast u still get 0.9xmb/s
some of people like me only get around 30-50mb/s
