I find that using the HTML5 player for Youtube helps the loading somewhat. 80% of the time the speed is still lembut macam taufu though.

I'm experiencing the same issues such as youtube is very slow. Even with 4Mbps plans I'm not able to load a video for today.
Speedtest shows a good download & upload speed. Its time people should call and complaint  ) |
