experiencing frequent DSL stability issue since last 2 weeks and decided to call TM after verify internal devices and wiring with test kit etc.

TM response was quite fast and friendly (lucky me this time). the technician was kind enough to check the external wiring etc and still could not find anything wrong, now we are all scratching  head dunno what to do. haizz ... if the problem is from KL then we have wasted our time fro nothing ... especially the technician :/

Sometimes, it can be port issue.

I experience before, last time got stability issue, despite SNR and attenuation show good stat.
The technician come to check, change the port, problem solved.

DSL stability issue, should be between the local exchange (DSLam) to your modem.

Anyone tried using YTL Yes  4G dongle thing? Im  thinking bout it, since TM has been so painfully annoying lately. But not sure if a 4G thingy is bettter then a 1mpbs streamyx line.  But I always play on a laptop so.

I get 5-6 mbps consistently even with 2 bar signal.

Downside, you always need to watch out your usage.

No one check on the announcement topic? http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1058751/+380

The repair will take roughly 5-6 days.

It doesn't state the date.

The last one (3 oct to 9 oct) is customer service system, which affect application issue one, not related to the slow browsing currently experiencing.
