experiencing frequent DSL stability issue since last 2 weeks and decided to call TM after verify internal devices and wiring with test kit etc.
TM response was quite fast and friendly (lucky me this time). the technician was kind enough to check the external wiring etc and still could not find anything wrong, now we are all scratching head dunno what to do. haizz ... if the problem is from KL then we have wasted our time fro nothing ... especially the technician :/ |
