Last night, about 2am, my line goes back to full speed downloading something from UK server.

Today noon, the speed starts to drop again.

Its like they are making it slow during daytime. Been that way for few days now

before the ban the connection already very slow, access to international sites is super slow, even load LYN also slower than usual
