The pinned files suggesting custcare and ceo@tmnet are no longer valid.
only help@tm.com.my works and email to them gets no response.

Same. Email to them gets totally ignored. Seems like they delete our emails or something >_>

What the hell my speed keep fluctuating from 10kb/s to 30kb/s even when downloading from microsoft

Speed is slow for 5 days now.

Iternational connection is request time outs and high latency

After snail speed and DCs over the weekend, this evening can't surf at all.

when emailing complaints to streamyx, cc it to SKMM also ...

My speed is almost back to normal now at 2:30am

By afternoon, it will slow down, again.

Doesn't look like technical issues to me anymore.

Just had issues with DNS queries to Google DNS for a short while.

Now it's working fine.

Looks like they're rolling out test changes on the network.

What is wrong with their retarded network "engineers"?

we are paying biz package unifi but getting streamyx 512kbps service for pass week.

Sigh, I also don't know what to think at the moment. I just hope its not another attempt to throttle our speed.

Remember last time there was once they slow down international bandwidth, they claim to be trying to control bandwidth during peak hours, so called fair use and those crap. After everyone complained, they took it off and say they will improve the system next time

Really hope not.. like even Ventrillo is lagging... I really want to raid but these lag n dc, is killing me.
