Btw, I can't even get a signal yesterday. Modem light are all blinking but the phone LED did not blink. Indicating no signal received from phone line.
But when I pick up my phone got tone..this happens to me almost every Saturday night

i think is 60.XX!!is it normal for slow connection for this IP?!

i use Hotspot Shield and all my connection + download speed back to normal

what's the best ip for 115.xxx?

as far as i know, few years back my best ip was 60.48.xxx until they changed it to 115.xxx

usually, it's 150++ kbps for 1mbp

try download Hotspot Shield and use it, after i use it the speed back to normal

Wah..u can usually get 150++ kb/s for 1mb. What's the service flow u usually get.
I usually get less than 1300. About 1150 to 1250.
It's only once in a blue moon I get more than 1300.

oh so that is what it was .... i wish they told me this.

Was on the phone with them asking why i couldn't connect to the internet and why it was extremely slow. They never even mentioned this.

So if reported and say we are affected by this, what can they do ? I was testing my international speed to countries around the globe, the speed is ridiculously slow as in below 1 mbps in almost all cases !

Only malaysia and singapore remained mostly alright.

you mean the speed? i usually get the same as yours or lesser according to speedtest.net

but i can get 150-180 kbps usually for direct download, but ofc it fluctuates from 180 to 100 kbps and then back to 180 kbps from time to time lol

hope they will fix it asap

note that you cant access HTTPS website while Hotspot Shield is on, need to disable it only can access
