again, today, @ ~4am, net is good. both international and local. very few timed out, seldom needs of refresh. if required, 1 to 2 times refresh should be able to load page. page load is A LOT faster than other hours (7am until 2-3 am next day)). a page that took 1-3 minutes on day, took 3-5 sec at ~4 am

Seems like TM are up too no good , cant access most of the download sites and direct download were slow like below 10 kbps. But test international browsing seems ok.
