Speed is back. All websites which I had difficulties just now is fast now and my download speed are normal too.

mine is slow. certain site can load without problem, others mild to extreme time out.
ok + so so: FB, google mild: lyn, microsoft, pcsx2 extreme: mafia wars, almost all sharing sites i tried downloading DirectX updates and it keeps failing, speed slowly decrease untill reach 0 kbps. more than 2 weeks already. maybe i'll go and ask their hg at my area tomoro. my already slow net became even slower. 521kbps net here.
