already 1 month I'm facing slow internet. I was using 1mbps package from streamyx and the speed i get now is only 22kbps which I tested using speedtest.net and also speedometer provided by tm. What is going on now? I'm from Cheras.

I'm from Cheras. if i were u, i take a screen shot on the tmspeedometer on start, mid, end. then send it with email to help@tm.com.myi do it every time if my internet starting to get slow. they will check it for sure and will call u back or send an email to you. |

I am from Cheras, using 2Mbps streamyx, the connection keep drop and I am hardly surfing the website since earlier of June.
Called TM this morning, and here is our conversation: Me: Hello, I have a slow connection to international line since earlier of June. TM: Try browse our TMnet website see how? Me: Pardon, I said I only have problem with international website. TM: We have fixed all the problem since the maintenance, the problem shouldn't exist, did you use any OpenDNS? Avoid them, it could slow you down. Me: .............................. TM: We will try reset your port, see if the problem still exist, kthxbye. Me: .............................. |

I just talked with them about international websites too.
The lady said to call them again tmr if its still slow. But she did say there WAS a maintenance to redirect traffic (but it ended at 4pm). So maybe they didnt meet their schedule.. |
