The read performance is good but the write speed is so-so only. I do know the Flash Voyager 16GB is using MLC chips.

my frenz juz bought a 32gb sony tumndrive from china
i really shock coz it only cost abt RM40
already tested n comfirm it can store up to 32gb of data

Is that mean this kind of chip is fast or slow? I guess it is speed vs capacity. You want high capacity, you got to be slow down.

Are you sure it is 32gb? Must becarefull when buying memory thing in china. I got a friend brought a memory card state as 1GB. But when shooting, only can store a few picture. Than go back and claim. Argue till police station, than only the guy refund back.

initially my pendrive has this so called Ravon worm inside the pendrive...After getting rid of it, i think so the capacity of my pendrive are less than 1MB...The full capacity of my pendrive was up to 1GB....How come the capacity has been decreased so much??? Virus or memory damaged?

did u using av to clean it yet? or manual delete the virus?

I used av to delete it at first as well as manually delete but the files still exist...So i decided to format it

after format, it become like tis?

i plan to buy toshiba 4gb u3 pendrive..is it performance ok..??...which 1 is the best...sandisk u3 or toshiba u3.??..both 4gb...or any1 can suggest me another pendrive that have u3 ..??

MLC chips will be slower than SLC chips. Of course even within the MLC category there are different grades, resulting in different speeds.

Same. Everytime I borrow my pendrive to my friends, I don't even bother and will format right after they give it back to me. No idea how they use it, everytime my pendrive will get Ravone(something like that) when it come back. :/

If they used at college/uni sure GG one.
Just like me everytime My gf borrow pendrive, come back format.
Even notebook she borrow, come back format also.
Her housemate all the PC also infected by virus one, clean also no use next day infected again.

Wah lao.. didn't they use Real Time Antivirus protections and be caution of what they download/do?

Where got so IT savvy, what they know about anti-virus? when they buy the PC the dealer install what then they use only. Virus definition got update or not also dunno 1.
