My excel file calculate at 8900RPM, 14/37 sprocket, you should be going at 121.65 kmh.  thumbup.gif

Support me, download the Excel file in my siggy.  rclxm9.gif

Yup, tats right...but due to wind sometimes around 118...

Is accurate already but can factor in wind of 1-2 km/h

FZ block give more torque but not speed unless u have good cam + carbs + a good muffler to give u extra speed. If this 3 thing u can tune nicely than only think of gear and racing bearing laa. But i still think u need to put a good CDI first. Brand Rextor or BRT i only trust this 2 brands.

Tq, for the tips

1) This sat goin to put bigger manifold d

2) The reason i start gear bcos if i start with cam and valve and others, i need open 2X to do the cam and valve, if i settle the gear and bearing, later no need worry liao...
hmm maybe i consider try CDI first....

3) Rextor i x remember who say will masuk water, then got recommend a CDI adjustable but is their shop brand.....can use ar?

Got a way to fix the masuk air problem put silicone glue on the top parts only because they use de silicone glue no good la.. u just put another layer of silicone or gasket sealant on top than settle liao lol. My one crack after very long time of use. So water go in ler but than now all my cdi i put 1 more layer gasket sealant on top.

Btw i think is the same thing u still need to open the engine twice laa.. unless u decide to put the cam with everything at once + overhaul. So 1 time gau tim but still need to check the engine behaviours also after put everything together.

water will not go in by cable unless broken, water normally goes by the junction/connection/casing...

nowadays, the casing is aluminium i think(storm brand) but just dun hav fins to dissipate heat, maybe can put fins paste with double sided thermal tape and install exhaust to suck hot air..... icon_idea.gif icon_idea.gif

Is Rextor and BRT is aluminium casing??

Normally, the shop will service your wallet. tongue.gif

It is up to you, unless you ask them to decide what to do for you. They can do anything you can imagine by referring to the service manual:
QUOTE
- Head service: Tapet, cam, camchain, cam bearing, cam roller, spring, valve clearance check, valve seat.
- Block, piston & ring: Clean carbon, check bearing, conrod, main bearing, water pump, replace oil/water seals, gaskets.
- Gearbox: Check gear, gearshaft, gear dog, clutch housing, plates
- Brake: Check pump, pump piston seal, caliper seal, clean whole brake system, change brake fluid, brake pads.
- Wheel bearings.
- Chain & sprocket.
- Radiator fluid level.
- Usual maintenance: Service carburator, change EO, OF, AF.

What bike again? Autoclutch type, right? Just find foreman to tighten the autoclutch.

For brakes, one day let you try my front disc brake, and see if u like it this way, then we talk.
