is too long lah ... make it smaller/shorter ....

tht y ayam tak main gear box ratio .. most headache thing in the world .... 
even how smart the forman also tak nak main ....  thy normally ask u buy 1 set racing gear box masuk ..... 

LC main top part adi nice .. lower part very hard to set till nice .. ( believe me )

alexei already come out with the simulation just download it and key the gears u 1 the, and the speed will come out....

terpulang batch masing masing ... tak silap .. 9k dah potong ....

my habit pun jarang pusing habis whn at highway ... half dah meter 140 + dah ....   more pusing macam less power .. duno kenapa .. haha .. mayb cylinder sudah banjir kut ...

thy now only say can get cheaper .....   

stupid kedekut mia orang ..... nak budget kata awal lah sikit ...  jgn tunggu org sudah booking .. baru nak murah ... 

first world hotel rm100 per room mahal keh ??? 3-4 ppl tidur  .....  nak murah pergi sewa motel lah ...

masalah tak banyak sardin ..... macam mana nak sumbat .. haha

CDI got Taiwan punya ma??? So far i feel Indonesia CDI still the best for LC laa. Long lasting and increase HP + Higher RPM!!! My Rextor lastime they wash my bikes with thosed high pressure water pump the water go in my CDI because of the silicone glue they put is really low quality.. It was spoilt for awhile... But after the water dry still can be use back That why i have 2 CDI i thought it was spoilt ler but end up our sifu jing test for me and still can be use back Haha!! Waste my money only go and buy another one... If not i can get new koso meter liao...

Yar alot of block nowday either from Taiwan or China if buatan malaysia dont know have or not har? Lastime my bikes at hospital time i borrow the mechanics Kriss follow my fren, but he using kap chai go collect money... I chase untill i no energy my bikes is like max throttle ler meter 120-130kmph i still cannot catch the Kap Chai C70.. But his part all EX5 parts including the gear box. But that Kriss sound like very longgar always i pull throttle feel like turbo lagg.. After that i no dare speed use that bikes ler. Coz scared rosak and the bikes very damned makan minyak... Worst than my LC...

shyan : correct liao ur speed.... =) my fren wan ex5 dream go around slightly 120 like that.. in my koso around 100 d... really damn fast.. zzz.. for a non modded bike.. LOL

- Sound come from where ah? Use kain cover exhaust to listen the engine and you'll get a good idea.
- Usually head and piston got sound, but that's usually after 30,000km.
- Manual recommends major service every 12,000km I think.
- Service inspect the head.
- Gearbox clutch usually no problem, but clutch plate need change max at about 30,000km.
- Kalau gatal lagi, change bearing and inspect gears, shaft and water pump seal.
- Don't forget the usual cuci karbu & brake pads... cheers[/b]
- The foam u see in the video need oil one. It is very dirty, and very very few people have the patience to maintain it. Imagine the oil is like chain grease, dries up and very sticky.
- Without the oil, foam filter will 'die' and start to come off piece by piece, like an old sponge. Ever notice how old sponge you use to clean plates starts to fall apart? That's how foam filters 'die'... Better not have this kinda thing get sucked into your engine.
- Perhaps serigala can tell more about the HKS, specifically how durable it is since he's already using it.
- Please read more about service foam filter before jumping into it.
- In my opinion, the HKS offers minimum filtration only - like my DIY sponge filter.

there is only the small rpm meter right?and cheaper.

I always pass by USM only.. and "cuti-cuti di USM" half day only..
