Added on June 13, 2011, 10:42 amyup, but depends on bike, for me i still can tolerate lose power abit but i cant tolerate vibration....u need monitor, from experience yamalube engine start vibrate around 1000 to 1500 rpm, after other things might come in for eg. lose power and etc....

I had change last time my Y80 with racing bearing until i sell still ok.....

Please advice the item, or just bearing is enuf?

I have gone thru with alexei previously and check the parts list for the transmission...

This a better option than the jeking the connecting rod....

As I heard ppl, after jeking got problem will go this mod..

Basically, just the the 4 th gear ratio 1:1, so basically let the engine tarik lebih. The good thing is the piston output is same with the output with the shaft of 15T.

I dunno this metaphor is correct or not, for car is basically the making the fly wheel lighter until ratio is 1:1 with the piston output.....

You can throttle better since near to the tachometer reading....

1st Gear - 2.833 (34/12)
2nd Gear - 1.875 (30/16)
3rd Gear - 1.353 (23/17)
4th Gear - 1.045 (23/22)
Primary reduction ratio - 2.875 (69/24)
Final reduction ratio - 2.600 (39/15)

Since open up, then put in light bearings la for eg, FAG,SKF or NTN...

This complex so this 1 time, then wont open again unless problem, others not so leceh....

correct me with i explain wrong.....

if takde hal .. jarang orang go buka engine .. upah dah rm180 ... buka enjine ... wait until ur engine nak overhall baru buka lah ...

i using FAG damn light bearing .. haha

and gear 4 .. i see thy SELLING 20t or 21t ...

Mine long way more to open la, if open just want to know wat is inside, so far i know the below only...
1) Confirm got air filter
2) Confirm stock exhaust
3) Confirm Stock CDI
4) Confirm FZ block (5YP)
5) Plug coil and cable changed
6) Need to confirm cam
7) Looking out wat else info, i x have....


i got a bit hal but not serious, storm say RM300 include gear, upah, EO,coolant and etc. Not ask if include bearing how much....

i goin ask them without EO and coolant can get how much, since just open, open normal oil first then slowly put better oil la....

use back normal bearing lah .... besi 1 ... ( asked UTM .. he said standard bearing dah cukup )

Bro,takde 22T arr, all not suitable bcos if use their u need mod more things, use 20T/21T, our block can tarik meh?

Gears in there more sensitive than the sprocket(1T makes a lot of difference), main tukar goin burn pocket damn big hole...

tht y ayam tak main gear box ratio .. most headache thing in the world ....
even how smart the forman also tak nak main .... thy normally ask u buy 1 set racing gear box masuk .....

LC main top part adi nice .. lower part very hard to set till nice .. ( believe me )
