My car low fuel warning light never come up. Have done warranty claim for the new fuel pump. But still problem exist.

Any advise on this matter?

maybe the sensor problem not the fuel pump..sometimes the sc not really pandai one,

last time i said my hazard light problem, they changed the switch on the dashboard, the problem still exist.
Because it wasnt the 'switch', it was the relay (switch) under the dashboard, the actual thing that makes the hazard light blink not the switch on the dash laugh.gif

The fuel indicator got 6bar. When the time it touch the last bar then the low fuel warning light will come up & keep flash in the meter.

According the SC, they said the sensor is attached with the fuel pump. So they said normally change the fuel pump then problem will solve. But now have done with new fuel pump but problem still exist.

Headic~~~

I thought that supposed to be Normal? rclxub.gif
Total 6 Bars. When reach the lowest bar, fuel warning will light up and the lowest bar will flash though the real thing inside BLM fuel tank still left 10liters. I thought this is normal? My 1st Gen BLM has been acting like this since the 1st day until now.

Side note: Lately my BLM got a quite bad FC. 10liters go about 110-120KM cry.gif Manual somemore. Millage reaching 61k

Ooo. Okok. Misunderstanding here.

Btw xshiro, just a suggestion:
Why not you put some FC information on the front page. Although the FC may vary based on many factors but I guess maybe you could put simple/average FC information. Found it very useful for people who wanted to buy new car.

Which is totally cannot be trusted at all.
6liter/100KM under 90KMph.

Honda Insight just managed to get 5liter/100Km. BLM 6liters?
So far I never achieve that 6liters for 100Km before. Realistic maybe 8.5-9.5liter for 100Km

AFAIK...from the review i read
honda insight's FC...is pretty much the same as a normal petrol car
not sure why but it's worst than other hybrid car
my car can do RM10(5.26L) = Approx 80KM 50%city 50% highway
i'm pretty sure travelling on full highway constant 90KM/H can reach 6L....but it wouldn't be fun, it would be extremely boring

Yup, the LOWEST I've ever got for my 1.3 FL Auto is 9.04L/100Km !!
However, kinda feel it's not too bad considering the fact that it's like "a small horse pulling a bigger cart than it should b made to pull..." whistling.gif

ps. The highest FC of 3 fillings was 10.15L/100Km. So...?

Added on July 21, 2011, 3:52 pmpps. Sorry... Out of 4 (not 3) fillings... rolleyes.gif

Seriously, your BLM definitely the best Auto FC I ever heard of.
As for constant 90KMpH reaching 6liters cruise on highway. Might be possible, but who going to use highway 100%?

it is possible on highway...but it would be extremely boring
when i reach my own highway....nice road...i would do 120+KM/H as well...i dn't care
well..the secret of good FC is DO NOT STOP
BTW the RM10 = 80KM was the best record in my place
now i think less since i dn't care much already
