yesterday night i went back home, the modem Optical light is RED...

wtf happened? i called the helpline and now waiting for technician to come over... the previous problem wif the STB stuck at INIT also haven't solve, now totally cannot online... FARK LA UNIFI

Had the same issue like you since last night. Red light on VOIP then had to restart it a few times to get the connection back to green. Worse thing is after a couple of hours it happens again up till now.

hi guys. i just installed the unifi. wondering is there a way that i can bypass those blocked website? and can i set static ip for torrent?

So after 3 emails, more than 15 calls and still 0 connectivity on a VIP20 line it only shows 1 thing...

TMNet Unifi is a half-cooked chicken that looks yummy on the outside but raw on the inside. And when you get food poisoning, you try to get the waiter, chef and owner for an explanation, all will go missing. In the end you are still given a bill because you took the bite. Damn cool business strategy I must say..LOL

Mind you, you have to friggin wait more than 15 mins per call listening to how good TMNet Unifi is (which is of course total BS ) before someone actually picks up your call, give excuses and then still nothing is solved.

Just tested downloading from Steam using ethernet, speed goes above 500 kBps. With Wi-Fi on both DIR-615 and my own WRT54GL, speed hovers around 100+ to 200+ kBps.

Is there any better router that can get closer to the ethernet speed?

FYI I got a new modem from TM not the DIR-615 .. but that modem give me some problem .. my sis macbook always dc .. and my dad's blackberry torch cannot connect the AP at all .. while his blackberry playbook got no problem ..

Absolutely not, but they show all games delayed.

lol, the rows of houses opposite my house have unifi but not my row =/. It's been like that for the past few months and TM have no answer to it.
