Hi all, can anyone recommend me a wifi router with strong signal that can be used for unifi? Also need help with a good pci wifi card. Thx in advance for the tips.

I got unifi installed today, the modem is located at the corner of the living hall. Tested the wifi from my room and it was just 2 bars with dl speed barely reaching 600kbps then I bought a linksys e1000 wireless router and got it hooked onto the original modem by Tmnet. Full bar now with speed up to 7mb on my VIP5 package.

Tried to call but was put on hold for 7 mins+.

Wanted to ask the customer service about my payment option but couldn't contact them at all so I'll ask here anyway.

Can I pay my bill online using Maybank2u? Used to pay for my streamyx using that but I'm not sure if it can be done the same for Unifi.

Had the same issue like you since last night. Red light on VOIP then had to restart it a few times to get the connection back to green. Worse thing is after a couple of hours it happens again up till now.
