you can't. safest bet is to use eShop prepaid points card (for US networks) to add funds to your account.
even those eShop prepaid cards noted as for 3DS eShop can be used to add funds to your NNid (Wii U account). but note the funds added to your Wii U acct will NOT be shared with the 3DS acct (if you have one).
a possible alternative is to use those virtual US ccard service eg. Citibank which lets you purchase things using a US-like ccard number.

bros
how do u purchase usa wii u contents using malaysian cards? my maybank visa failed..
Added on December 30, 2012, 10:32 amnot sure if you already know this but do take note that the Wii U GamePad has to be "discoverable" by the console (which also means it needs to be turned on as well).
this discovery range can vary and it mainly depends on obstacles around the room/house and it's materials. mine loses connection by the time i get to kitchen toilet door which is about 30 feet away from console. there is a couch n slight wall blocking in the way though ...
btw there is 8GB Basic Set & 32 GB Deluxe Set.
if you DON'T plan to download a lot of titles from eShop Basic set is still ok. there is only 3GB left when you first completely setup and update it the first time. there is option to use USB HDD though... albeit have to find a known model that works reliably
Deluxe Set will include lots of other goodies besides the 25GB capacity (left after first setup n update). NintendoLand is bundled. Digital Deluxe Promotion (rebate campaign for eShop purchases). additional accessories for the console.
be prepared if you want to be Nintendo owner especially in M'sia. it's not necessarily like buying and using any other appliance especially if you dunno where to get help and stuff for it later ...
other comrades, pls chime to help our potential supporter here *haha*
