Looks like I also wanna jump ship to wii u...just for the sole purpose of portable gaming using the joypad...so that I could play while laying on my bed...

I think for those with small baby...wii u is a god sent...Hihihi...can quietly play beside baby while she is asleep...
But still contemplating to whom to buy wii u from...for the sake of warranty claims in case something happens in the future. Touch wood.. Oh ya...and thanks sifus for all your pointers. Will definitely go for 32g wii u.... This post has been edited by zad78: Dec 30 2012, 04:27 PM |

Hi. Just got one question before I set my mind and buy the Wii U. Let say if I buy the US set with the step down adapter. And it so happen that down the line the Singapore edition comes with the 220v adapter. Can the Singapore adapter be interchangeable with the US set? Or do I have to stuck forever using the step down adapter. Thanks in advance sifus.

QUOTE(bashir3 @ Jun 18 2014, 07:04 PM) Hi Guys, Well, based on the response by the Nintendo, looks like you are out of luck. They really need to make sure that the set that you bought is either from US or Canada market, that is why they need a scan receipt as a proof of purchase.Did anyone managed to redeem the free game after registering their MK8 Bundle. Mine didn't work even though its a US set so i opened a case with Nintendo and got the following respond: Please note, this offer is only available for US and Canadian systems. Based upon the information provided, it appears your Mario Kart 8 Wii U Deluxe Set is not eligible for this promotion. However, if you provide some additional information we may be able to assist. Please reply to this email with all of the information below and be sure to include your original message along with this response: . Country of residence: . Retailer's name and location (city, state/province): . A scan or picture attachment of your original sales receipt The receipt must have the serial number or the product name clearly visible. Receipts without this information will not be accepted. Once we receive your proof of purchase, you will receive a resolution. Thank you again for your patience as this gets sorted out. Sincerely, Nintendo of America Inc. This post has been edited by zad78: Jun 18 2014, 08:23 PM |
