worth knowing :
the maximum allowed prepaid credit balance under DiGi prepaid plans is RM25,000.00 !!!
reach that and you won't be able to topup anymore..
and once you're validity expired, you won't be able to do anything except cry..

@dgboy
Thanks for the sources. And yes, you are right in that the total number of subscribers isn't the only indicator of competitiveness, the average revenue per user (ARPU) is equally important as well.

I have used a NCC a couple of times and have no complain but all those are under-warranty stuff. I have also tried emailing Nokia on questions regarding certain issues (how to use this and how to use that etc) on several occasion and they have always tried their best. In fact, I am pretty impressed with Nokia's service.

QUOTE(fat16 @ Jun 5 2011, 01:40 PM) I think Telenor no longer control Digi management. Digi problem start after got 3G license jv with time dot com. The old digi is gone. Digi today is new digi under new management. then let's hope tdc are reading the comments here and realise how they are destroying DiGi.. This post has been edited by dgboy: Jun 18 2011, 09:34 PM

DiGi milestones over the last one year or so :-
0 total disenchantment of even die hard DiGi fans like myself
1 deteriorating network quality
2 reduction in standards of customer services
3 price increases of up to 266% and more
4 withdrawal of some of DiGi's best deals

QUOTE(dgboy @ Jun 4 2011, 05:54 PM) My suggestion is that DiGi Prepaid abolish validity periods, meaning customers can use their services so long as they are in credit. Celcom already taken your idea with Xpax X2. Airtime share RM1 4 week ago, validity already expire but until today still can send sms, making call and internet.

Err... or is it Celcom forgot to place the expiry thingy on your account? Haha... Celcom is very cheap nowadays though, but my friends are still using Maxis, so Activ10 is still tempting

I'm using for DIGI almost 8 years and I had no more patience with DiGi anymore. The service is getting more and more poor. I went to complain my problem at BTS service centre regarding my problem, I was serve badly by they customer service. I dont think that the correct way to speak with the customer. So end up, I canceled all my DiGi line including my family line since DiGi doesn't appreciate they customer.
