What are the actual numbers today, and what were they 'back then' ?
I'm not a Digi fanboy or the sort, I'm just curious about the real numbers. Couldn't find any statistics online either.

latest :

Maxis = 14.1m

Celcom = 11.3

DiGi = 8.8m

the same source show DiGi 7.9m for 2010

however, subscriber numbers are not that meaningful, it is how much they spend that counts.

Thanks. Mind sharing the source here please?

@dgboy

Thanks for the sources. And yes, you are right in that the total number of subscribers isn't the only indicator of competitiveness, the average revenue per user (ARPU) is equally important as well.
