Hey Tanoshi its been awhile! How have you been?

Added on February 16, 2012, 1:26 am

Hey Nasizwan its been awhile, how's Japan treating you? Btw about the modelling job, Yup boleh kaya hehe...my friend made 50,000 over just by participating in a fashion show. 50,000yen for a one time job, life is sweet...but u gotta find an agent first, I'm sure your wife can help you with that thumbup.gif

Btw, I've been here for 5 years, never registered with MSAJ, the Malaysian Students Association Japan and I've been doing just fine...but its good to know some Malaysians though in case of anything. But wouldn't be a problem at all even if you don't register with them, I think.
*
Yeah I was thinking the same too. I'm lazy to go there but it would be great to join them once in awhile on occasional basis
Woww 50k yen is pretty good money. I'll consider that
Japan life has been great. Still adapting to certain cultures and food but I'm doing pretty good at the moment
Job wise, I'm still looking. I had 2nd interview at Michaelpage Japan for consultant position last Friday. Waiting for their answer by middle of next week. Wish me luck
What do you do here ifana? I bet you have more opportunity than me since you're Japanese grad and speak nihon-go

QUOTE(RegentCid @ Feb 17 2012, 10:22 AM)
According to Japan.....140x195 are King Size Bed
*
Bed sizes here are pretty small. The size you mentioned is not king size bed.
It's double single. I have tried looking around for Queen size bed but seems no to avail
Due to space constraints here you sort know why

QUOTE(tanoshi @ Feb 18 2012, 09:56 AM)
ADA...fine here...a bit isogashi hehehe.... rclxms.gif
modelling job is the best way too....bcoz gaijin ca get higher than nihonjin.
Try at gaijinpot lots of modelling agency...but you need to look the reliable one...when i was i got bout 5 agency hired me only.... thumbup.gif
*
LOL never thought of doing modelling here but I did a few back in Malaysia
Never seen any post in gaijinpot tho. You're like hot cakes in Japan lol! thumbup.gif

Is there any field that has higher demand? Like construction? Or any other field? I do have plan to work there for several years too. But currently still studying in UK and hopefully able to work there for few years
*
Try google and look for jobs first. If they are interested and willing to sponsor you a visa then things will be easy for you. Most important thing of all, you need to learn Japanese first. It will boost your chance to get a decent job. I have been here for 6 months already and still no hope in finding one. All the best!

Hello abang besar...waaa lu ganti gua punya tempat sana baik2 arrr! Hahhaha
Hey bro...still long way to go...oh ya, try to get no 2 baby and deliver it in Tokyo...later got presento from shiyakusho bout ¥350,000 for 2nd baby i think so hehehe. I got mine for 3rd baby bout ¥ 400,000 hehe thats ticket i pay to balik kampung lorrrr haha wink.gif

Also try keep it up to Hallo Works....ask yur wife to accompany u to 'harro works' most gaijin went there thumbup.gif
Best of luck!
*
I got it too for my daughter roughly ¥450,000. Slightly more maybe because of caesarean. My wife gave birth in KL tho and cost of giving birth in KL is way much cheaper than here. How much did it cost you?

I've checked Halo Works but most of the jobs on the offer are for those who speaks Japanese. Mine is still basic. It's really tough out here more than I thought.

QUOTE(beckham_zed @ Jul 3 2012, 06:04 PM)
You live here in Japan? Where are you? I'm in hadano....kind of searching new friends who live here too
*
I'm in Shinjuku! Probably going out for a drink this weekend with a Malaysian friend of mine. You can come if you want to smile.gif Sat night!
Do you study here bro?
