The renewal of your Expired Digital Certificate can be done by accessing "Semak Sijil Digital" link. If the system detects it as expired, you will show you an agreement for you to Agree. Subsequently, your Digital Certificate will be renewed for another 3 years.

QUOTE(Ekyeo5 @ Apr 28 2012, 10:39 AM) Hi, Interest from Malaysia Fixed Deposit is tax-exemptedHave a noob question. Was hoping some one can help me. If I get interest income from fixed deposits, is that taxable and how much is it tax at assuming I have no other income. Also if there is tax, is the tax payable only when I lodge my return or is it taxed as withholding tax by the bank when interest income is earned. Thanks |

QUOTE(clivengu @ May 1 2012, 05:53 PM) May I know how can I set so I can pay my tax monthly...and until June 2013, i'll submit my form and get back what is left, or pay the extra. You can request from LHDN to pay your TAX via Installment basis and you need to give solid reason for it.Currently I am on sole Prop.. and to pay a full year tax one shot... is too much and impossible... I've seen most people have their tax paid every month. And until a year later, they able to claim back some money. I will like to do that... so it will not be such a burden. May I know where can I start doing that? Another method : Save RMxxx per month in separate account just to pay taxes at the end of June |

QUOTE(Wuahaha @ May 12 2012, 07:10 PM) Hi guys, just received my tax return cheque, but the value is lesser than what I had filed on e-filing. I should be getting around RM890, instead they mail me a cheque of RM635. Check your e-Lejar to get the reason ... maybe there's some unpaid taxes ?Just wondering anyone experience this before, how do I "complain" or check with them about it? Thanks. |

QUOTE(rickyfan8888 @ May 24 2012, 09:29 AM) hey guys n gals..would like to ask something about the refund. This is my first time submit this income tax BE form, I submitted on April, suppose to have 177.36 refund to my Maybank acc. Lately I check my maybank acc and realise there is 77.66 transfer from svg giro cr, which I think should be refund from LHDN as this acc is not expose to others purpose. So my questions are 1. No notification/letter (unless it's via cheque)1) Do they send us any notification regarding on the refunding?either by email or mail? 2) The refund amount is different from what I suppose to get back, should I give them a call on this or they will bank in to me again later? 3)any reasons that make them refund me fewer than what I suppose to get? Thanks in advanced. 2. You may call them.... 3. Maybe you actually owe them more then you thought ? |

QUOTE(manoftilelowyat @ Dec 7 2012, 11:32 PM) Dear All, You wish "you no need pay tax" I need your advice on the following cases:-- Case A: If a Malaysian company offers me a one year contract to work in China. (But the Malaysian company does not own any thing in China, but my service is 'offered" by the Malaysian Company to a China Client ) Let's say my monthly pay are paid in Malaysia, but for the working, nearly the whole year I reside in the oversea (China). Will I have to pay tax to Malaysia , or I have to pay tax to China, OR better still , I do not need to pay tax at all? Case B:- If an Europe-based Company pays me to work for one year in China ( for that Euro company subsidiary in China), and the pay is credited to my Malaysian bank account:-- Will I have to pay tax in China, or Malaysia , or No need at all? Many thanks for the possible help. Both Cases.... you would be taxed in Malaysia, as the monies is received into Malaysia. |

QUOTE(clivengu @ Dec 28 2012, 06:42 PM) Like to check... is there any installment plan for paying the Tax? There is... you need to check with the IRB officer how to settle "under installment"Example if I submit my 2012 borang B, and my Tax Payable is rm 10,000. Can I request to pay by installment throughout 2013? Or it is a must to pay in one shot cash? |
