I can see their ad on the bottom of this page now   biggrin.gif

To those at Standard Chartered, you can boost your market share in the local credit card segment simply by studying the kind of credit card Maybank and OCBC Bank are offering   nod.gif

As they say "Imitation is a form of flattery"

Suggestion for SCB Cash Back Credit Card
1. 5% Cash-Back for Petrol, Dining, Groceries, Utilities, Pharmacies, Cinemas, Bookstores (Monthly Cap : >RM50)
2. 1% Cash-Back for other spends
3. No ChoicePoints will be given
4. Annual Usage Bonus of RM50
5. Free-for-life (i.e. no AF)
6. Immediate Cash-Back posting (2-3 days after transaction is posted)

Did you get the invalid ARM code error ?
Like "Invalid ARM code. (Err Code:2009)"

long time ago when i first got my SCB biz platinum, I tried to add bill payee but failed no matter how many attempts made.
I did not go to find out the root cause as I knew there is a much better card for bill payment purpose.
I thought I was the odd one who encountered this kinda problem, because no one mentioned about it.
Now you guys said unable to add bill payee, I know I'm not the only one.

Any link to check on the 600 merchants? Does paying credit card bills from other banks count?

Maybe coz of the wrong entry? it is the account number not the bill number (for TNB).

Hope they sort it up. Can we pay RM100 to TNB without getting the bill first?

You will need a bill number to fill up, if not mistaken.
You can always reuse a bill you had paid previously.

Same problem, bro. Tried yesterday, got error code. Called CS and told me to try again after 24 hours. Tried again just now, and got error code too. Called CS and he assured me that it'll be rectified by noon time. We shall see...

ARM code is required for SCB Online Banking account created with CC initial stage. ARM code = to tag your SCB online banking to particular branch code.

It may take from 24 and up to 72 hours to be updated by the Acount Services team. I guess I won't get to get my RM100 sad.gif if they doesn't activate by today.

So does it mean that in order for us to add each new payee, we have to register and wait for the ARM code to be processed/approved?!!
