i cant tapau of u lo..ur car oso can go to 220 leh..my car cannot lo after pump full tank from semenyih,i bec to muar(all d way 120-180),next day go to melaka jusco(all d way 120-140),then go to mahkota parade(traffic jam),then go bec to muar again(all d way 120-140)..(from muar to melaka to muar is 4 people load)run around 270km,juz use less than half tank petrol..seems like after do all my modification,the petrol more saver than stock lo

Im Feeling very sad. What a lemon car i get. thinking of changing car . But my car is just 7 months old.

The problem Facing now;
1. There is a rubbing sound at the dash board just on my passenger there. Dam irritating and i dont know how they going to fix it if i complain. So live with it?
2. My steering vibrates when going 100 and above. Done balancing all. they say because tyre not nice wo. Any nice tyre to recommend? 17" recommendable?

Other than this , the car is very nice

Drop in air filter got stainless steel? Oh ya sam u know last time I showed you that i balut my air-cond "L" pipe with the sponge air-cond tube right. After a journey i open my hood and feel the pipe. It was so cool, about <10 C. My car air-cond more cooler. LOL So how is your insu-flex? Done diy already?

That is more sad. Pity you. tiao them gao gao la. tell them u all din QC the car before distribute to customer?

saddient, you mean sam? sam brought insu-flex. Sorry if i misspell it. Sam wanna insulate his car to be more sound proof. Maybe u can ask from him.

I use the normal sponge and tape around my car, forget wat is the product name already. Not so good but got improve a bit la. close door more solid. Din try the "D" rubber.

Xan out of internet. Klee must be working.. Me busy studying for exams.. hehe. So this june mth go slow a bit loh.. haha..

Most likely they will change the piston/crankshaft.. Cos proton service centre wont do service for stuffs.. They will normally just change the faulty item..
That rims erm the middle hub part is coming out more than the side rim.. not my style.. Mine is i want the hub to be deep in the rims..



Do soundproofing for the doors and D and P rubber for the edges.. Next bulk will be DIY soundproofing lah.. hehe.. Insulflex..

the rubbing sound i guess is coming from the door edge rubber there.. Thats due to the rubber getting hardened over time.. u can get a rubber conditioner from giant or tesco and spray onto the rubber to soften it.. So it will eliminate the sound.

juz done my insuflex at 4 door and boot..the noise from outside was reduce a bit and door become solid when close door..next is but the D and P shape rubber for reduce wind noise my filter is stainless steel one lo

Got my car on Sat and my tint installer notice the rear driver side window got a major gap. Window cannot close properly coz it's out of shape, leaving a gap at the rear where rain can masuk.

Darn proton, so cheap-skate that cannot even source a window that have standard cut.....when they cut the window, the top where it curve to the back was cut too low. The other rear side window is ok.

Can CoSE do side window replacement straight away or any authorised center will do? Need to get it done on the same day, cannot leave car there coz no one take me back. Any recommended SC in Klang...if not have to go CoSE...

Now cannot drive the car out where dust and rain can go in. haih...cannot even test car to see got any other problem. This is the first time I get car and have to straight masuk kilang.

Of course cannot compare with what ckdenion faced coz this side windows can be replaced easily. Luckily my tint installer notice that before installing VKool elite onto that window....if not #$@%@% liao...

btw sam...since ur car is mechanic...some symptoms i faced are
1.when throttle rite,d engine no response unless i throttle like 80-90% then only it response as if i only throttle 20-30%...
2.rpm goes up slow like i throttle a bit
3.car can be hardly pushed even when i throttle till 80% n reponse is like after around 3secs i throttle 80%
4.n d "chain clanging" sound when i accelerate

tis all is the symptom after plug or plug coil spoil ady..or the plug coin din plug in during production or plug coin loose ady

guess it spoilt lo...first day drive no prob...
it wont b bcz of driving high speed for new car rite?
cz before it spoilt i drive to customer's place at sepang...average speed is around 110-140km/h like tat...
