did the SA offer you others colour before you paid downpayment, before i paid down payment the SA always call me and tell me now got what colour car available ask me want to change colour if i not willing to wait.

no...he jz asked me wad colour i wan...n before that...white PE aint available yet...so its ok...i like bronze garnet actually...colour is not an issue...d attitude n d way he treat customer is the issue!

Sin Sian Hin S.jaya..Its an authorise dealer for proton..anyways i am not so sure hows their service to non buyer from that outlet..myself i purchased in that outlet therefore thumbs up for their quality service..In fact i wanted them to check something else that day and if its faulty i will ask them to replace..End up when opening my hood,he told me there is problem at the auto tensioner and end up changing that for me..haha..

One more thing i would liketo highlight to u ...As for my previous statement i told u that they have ample stock on persona rite..i doubt mayb ur car is out already,maybe over some reason they cant deliver the car to u..(ermm..touchwood la..maybe got dented or watsoever or worse accident) which makes him delay to deliver ur car..)..but one thing for sure..make sure u check every inch and function of ur vehichle b4 signing the collection form..U still can argue if u yet to sign the COLLECTION FORM Vehichle....

i never sign the collection form when i received my car!i signed during completion of my loan.that's 1month before i received my car.is it ok?as i remember i sign so many column during loan approval.

that one is signed at bank de... another collection form is your SA give u after u checked your new car

Last time my sa say got full tank petrol, so I got lor.
Later I say other sa also give steering lock n freebies, so my sa go to buy those for me.
FYI, my sa is in menglembu, perak.

I m not sure bout it. i did go thr to inquire. D person in charge told me to come back to do my 10k service thr n they would auto change it for me. He told me tat it is quite common. Thn went back to d SC i bought my car from and d "clever" ppl there told me tat it is common but proton does not allow to change parts. ONLY SERVICE. WTF!!!
Is there anyway for me to complain to proton bout an SC service performance? This is not d first time they pissed me off.

Anyway, will try other SC to c if it is d same.

Only go thr after yr warranty period as they are "SUPER GOOD" at servicing and repairing old/malfunctioned parts. No change of parts under warranty. (faced it with my window rubber and also d fan belt auto tentioner) I dun know whether this concept applies for parts after warranty or not? (they may ask to change for after warranty parts)
Another thing is they dun care much bout yr bodykits. They would just simply jack up yr car. Faced it twice that i had to tell them to reposition as they hav jack d car up n caused my bodykit a bit distort.
VERY VERY sloopy handywork from most of d ppl thr. Dun know how to troubleshoot properly n need 2 b supervised or yr car may end up with unknown additional issues. "JOB WELL DONE"

wan to ask last time your KIV-700 include installation + steering control how much ? your unit sold to who aldy.
