my case is differet, my original SA resigned and one lady take over my file and she chase me kaw kaw when to paid downpayment after that, chanse me to confirm insurance company, chase me for the number plate, after 4days downpayment paid she start ask me when to take the car, i take the car 3 week after the car ready to collect but, i already inform her earlier the date i will collect my car lah.

after i receive my PE, she (SA) still call me ask any problem with the car or not and if wanna booking for car service can call her, she will help to booking, but must go back to the same branch service center lah. !

ha good luck loh....even not register the number plate yet dunno can get the number or not, if no you need to wait the new alphbert to start again.

every one here aldy bedding the brake pad, if u stilll not get you brake pad Xan gonna sell it off together with the car.

try the magic mat, those can stick every thing on dashboard.

you need CAI also, channel the cool air from the bottom of bumper to the heat shield, if your car dun have fog lamp can use back the fog lamp hole, if got fog lamp then have to place beside fog lamp.

since we don't know what will happen so why not we just do our job, we are the consumer and we just execute our consumer wright to lunch the complain, it is better later when argue they will said you never do any official complain or you are too late to inform the company.

actually now you work as part timer ? when you will actually turn to full time work and what profession you study now.

no wounder you can aim 159 lah....psychology not easy to get the job but once in work the paid going to double or tripple of the normal engineering job.

first thing they will give you the copy of JPJK2 (PERAKUAN PENDAFTARAN KENDERAAN) aka registration card check every detail your name, ic, address, car colour (if BG it should call brown in the coloumn) c.c 1597, and finally the most important engine number and chasis number, this must check visualy at the car engine bay.

second the insurance pls check the insure amount and if need to add wind screen insure. can do it on the spot the address on the insurance some time will have typo pls. check also.

They will pass you the check list and follow through one by one and take your time no rush, if tired ask for drinks and take a rest they should surve you, as you need to sign on the acceptance form. Coz i am H line so I ask the SA help me to tear off all the plastic cover and check the leather seat slowly .....
Ask for the free gift GPS and free Dareling card 1 year and so on....

Finally they will pass you the SA evaluation form to fill up then you can take all the minimum marks on the form ....

is no end yet, proton HQ will call you after about a week time asking about your car condition and the edar branch service, again you can cucuk the SA again.

did the SA offer you others colour before you paid downpayment, before i paid down payment the SA always call me and tell me now got what colour car available ask me want to change colour if i not willing to wait.
