BTW, the 20-25C in Taiwan can be hotter than the 20-25C of CH hor..probably due to dryer weather compare to wet/rainy CH smile.gif

Even during mid dec, Taiwan weather also very mild.. ~ 18C to 25C.. Only Jan & Feb, occasionally temp can drop to below 10C but that also rare..Most of the time ~ 10C- 16C in Jan & Feb.

The best time- Nov-Dec or Mar-early may. for mild weather of 18C-14C..

Yup, maybe not so humid though. Depending on day to day weather, sometimes actually not as hot as Malaysia smile.gif

The weather is not as bad as what everyone thinks. For July, should worry more on rain than sunlight smile.gif

In Taiwan, their Summer could be more hotter than us here. If you go on Summer, you might see some girls wearing bikini top with short pants walking around at Xi Men Ding.

depends on you really, if you like shopping, go at mid-end of sept to oct, there will be having summer stock clearance.

my friend bought a year worth of clothes back, its really cheap as price slash is around 50%-70/80%.. true story..

Thanks for the feedback. Really appreciate it. Our trip is more to enjoy the scenery and landscape of the country. If this is the case then when do you think is the best time to go?

for me i would go around mid/end of sept too as the weather is just nice.. not that hot or not that cold for walking around enjoying the landscape.. but i think fall season is a pretty good period too but they say fall season easily caught rain.. so it depends on yourselves and luck? i went to taiwan 10 days during starting of oct and it rains 50% of the day when im there.. but its just small rain and rain for a few hours.. no big rain
