Added on June 14, 2011, 12:14 pmQUOTE(sheva78 @ Jun 14 2011, 11:38 AM) If an Italian supernatural comic like Dylan Dog can get a movie i'm sure there's a chance that Deadman can get a movie although DC is not very prolific in its movie making ventures. I can't remember the last movie they made before GL was it The Losers or the second Batman movie. Watched Thor but not going to watch First Class. I think Thor is a good movie and the Hawkeye cameo was a nice touch. Hmm, maybe. However, I think Dylan Dog has a strong appeal to kids due to its comedy-natured/ light-hearted tone. I'm not sure, I haven't watched it. Haha This post has been edited by toysmania: Jun 14 2011, 12:14 PM

Red Hulk looks odd, darn Spider-Woman again ????
Next Big Thing from Marvel
Marvel Comics held its latest "Next Big Thing" press conference call Monday afternoon, keeping the subject of the call close to the vest until just after the call began. Once Zeb Wells and Joe Madureira were on the line, the pair announced that they would be collaborating on a new ongoing series titled "Avenging Spider-Man," which debuts in November.

Haha May not be that famous to us but Dylan Dog sells millions and millions of copies across mainland Europe. In a whole different league to Deadman that can't even keep his own book.

Just saw Marvel's Spet solicitations for Venom #7. Is it just me or Tony Moore has a problem completing interior art on a monthly basis? For 2 issues straight he is doing only the cover. Walking Dead dejavu anyone? is he only destined to start up great monthly but not continuing them? I really hope that he would stay in as the regular artist though. his art is really good. a sort of cartoonish feeling to it.

QUOTE(arius @ Jun 16 2011, 06:42 PM) They going to split the xmen to 2 team....old idea?..... yeah old idea. i think its a good idea since the oversaturation of team members like wolvie is in x-men,uncanny,x-force and emma too, since she is everywhere. Just like spidey; Avengers, FF and in his own book LoL Added on June 17, 2011, 9:42 amadded Image's Sept solicits on the first page This post has been edited by evoHahn: Jun 17 2011, 09:42 AM

The old idea of Blue & Gold teams was more logistics driven I suppose.
The new split is ideology driven. I suppose, like the old X-Force led by Cable with their more extreme methods vs the X-Men's "safe" approach.
Of course, this Schism comes with the added animosity of Cyclops and Wolverine.

I wonder who will support Wolverine since he is off to his Avengers/Wolverine duty, he will not be able to be a good leader with vision but as a soldier to do the job --> he is reliable.
Storm or Rogue would be a suitable counter-foil to Cyclops.
As for GL show, it such an underwhelming movie.

I think they wanna split the movie into sequels. You guys should watch the animated movie 'Green Lantern : First Flight' (Go buy DVD/Bluray!) - imho, this is how the live action should be.
