I only bought TPB/HC of the books that I find really worth buying. The rest uh..uh..err..

lol...well my personal opinion.

i started with single issues, love it, short reads, easy seperation means i read now, stop. done. do i pick up the next issue and read? or keep it for tomorrow?

then i switched to pirate styling like sauron76, but after awhile no oomph la..like damn uncomfortable sitting up on my comp scrolling comics...

so then i went to hardcover, but hardcover so damn thick feels like reading a novel sometimes and get damn drowsy fast

so i switched back to single issues T_T

or maybe im just being fussy like a girl hahahaha

Haha like I said before, I used to buy only singles, but have been starting to get HCs. Still don't like TPBs (too soft and flimsy), but sometimes no choice, like Fables for instance.

Now now,

My style is this.

1. Download 'Jack Sparrow' version of comics.
2. Read it
3. If like it, I bought TPB/HC
4. If don't like it, delete it.

evohahn - how does the Comixology works?

Theres two ways of purchasing comics thru comixology- one is thru their website. No. two is using the comixology app, comics are purchased using itunes credit

Anyone tried the Comixology app yet? How's it? I was trying it on an iPad 2 at an apple shop and the app kept crashing. Argh.

I have it. Works well on my iphone/ipod. not to well on my galaxy tab.

Why the free comic is only 1 to 3 pages only?

because its..... free?

I didn't try the app but on the PC version you can get full comics like 52#1 for free.

Cant wait to read Ultimate Spidey #160. I'm avoiding all comic related website like a plague LoL

i randomly picked up invincible ironman (can't remember which issue) when he fought the worthy grey gargoyle. good issue. He is in deep shit.

Invincible Iron Man by Matt Fraction & Salvador Larroca..highly recommended.

imho, i dont really enjoy ultimate series as y'know its an alternate universe.one question tho, does spider girl have a series lineup?would want to start collection on that plus whatever new Iron Man series lineup, Iron Age starts right about last year right?THX guys

Spider-Girl of May Parker got her run under Spider-Girl comics some time back as MC2 banner before being cancelled. The review is that it is a pretty solid comic but low on sales volume.
