guys, sad to say that i will be jumping ship over to the white side. reason being that both my shooting partners are using 'nonac' systems and i am the only one using nikon. as much as i love nikon and being a nikon fanboy, i have decided to change to over to 'nonac' for convenience sake and not bcos i dont love nikon anymore ! do forgive me guys ! it's been great learning from this thread and will continue to follow this thread ! have a great weekend to all !

lol im tempted to jump ship aswell since my friends dad said he can give me "good price" of canon stuff (he's Canon Msia ambassador ). One veteran nikon kaki here in lolyat do take his offer and jump ship last year iirc

Still cant get that 7D out of my head after all this while

Yeap that's one of the reason holding me back, I find nikon system is much easier to use then canon

Not to mention almost all my dslr kaki uses nikon

i m waiting my sis's boy friend change his strap so i can rob his canon 50D strap...why nonac dun have 70D? so i can put on my D70s

i think your dslr kakis also will influence alot. both systems also got their pros n cons. but canon lens are generally cheaper and they got F1.2 lenses !

ya true also XD...but nikon newer body will be name D800, D6000 or D950 or whatever in future which had to wait canon release more generations to get the strap too XD

canon:
3 and 4 digits they dun have strap for that...
2 digits is 60D... wait they release 90d i htink i already 40 plus already XD....

well said vearn27 , looks like i had every reason to move that's why

for me . hard to choose the af point on 550d (tested at my fren canon dslr ) , the point cant be move by the direction button , not like ours which we can move it through the direction , which will give me a quite hassle .
i quite like canon system , any will do lah as long it is good .

everyday taking d90 d3000 50mm 35mm 18-105 18-55 flash gun walking around seoul , shoulder very pain , after back to hotel , shoulder red red d . swt .

thinking next haul will be

ditch the 1855 and upgrade to a sigma 18-200 os (after seeing my fren with 18-135) .

any opinion guys

I'm not sure if it was you, but he told me that he managed to get mine and another forumer's in safe hands because the day he went to the shop, it was only 2 left. I paid mine, how about you?

He left his little bro's number with me, but whenever I call, it said that the number is incomplete . 017 btw. He'll be leaving to Kuantan tomorrow for his big bro's meeting. I'm too still yet to be able to contact him to collect the strap.
