Actually told by Big House staff. Don't know her name. I also surprised she told me PBB is not one of the panel bank.

Thanks for the info here, I will double confirm again.

Hi guys, just out of curiosity, if all 3 lifts rosak, that's gonna be one hell of an exercise for the residence (especially those living on 15th floor and above).
Don't you think so?

Oh yeah, believe me, the place i stayed for more than 10 years. It do happens. (Taman Miharja)
The record was like 2 months plus without lifts AT ALL.
They mentioned that the main causes is because tenants are not paying their maintenance fee.
So, the mgmt got no money.
But not fair for people like me when i always pay on time.
That is why i hope it won't happen in OUG Parklane.

I asked Big House agent this question b4, he said that 1st level is when enter car park, 2nd level is when enter the area for taking lift, 3rd is inside the lift (we need to insert our access card and only can go to our own floor)...

Are you sure or not? These sort of features sounds like too good to be true & can only be found in high end condos... If the security feature is really this good... Then Parklane OUG is gooding yo!

Wow, if 3 tiers security, then security wise really good!

Added on June 14, 2011, 5:02 pmYes, i saw my friend's condo, when you get in the lift you have to scan your card, then only can press your floor button.

Yeah it is good as those shoplots beneath the service apartment can be access by anybody. But our maintanance fees is only 0.13 per sq ft!!! will it be that good!! or the management will increase our maintanance fees after 2 yrs to be that good...

i bypass dynasty garden 2 months back. i was very impressed by the guard house alone, multiple cctv shooting in and out. it gave me an impression that i would be entering an embassy, rather than a condo. and from the outside, i could see almost each pillar in the carpark are attached with one cctv. i really hope such good security could be installed in parklane.
