Take a lot on the entire area of old klang road and nearby neighbourhood oug area, sri petaling, kuchai lama .. I believe this parklane is the most high density condo that currently being developed... it even higher density than the nearby low cost flat behind.. so how to live peacefully.. anyway good luck and happy buying.
look back into " 1120 Park Avenue " and most of the expert saying tat it is a ex mining land and leased hold and of coz high density ...

but still got ppl buy for own stay or invest....
human has to much of concern ... concern bout quality,quantity,budget,location .....
but i belif tat malaysian doesnt hv much choice to choose.... those kaya one can go for better one such as famous SP setia, mah sing which quality and location is much better ..
those wif budget will consider proj like this which is around 300k provided with free hold. or goin for second hand property around 200k/300k ...
so for me.. thr is nothing to do with worth or not worth ... if parklane meet ur budget .. just do it
if you have better budget... of coz go for better one ...
