hmm..my fren leeting go his 7th floor unit...below 270k...cheaper than me 19th...should i move down to ter?i think 7th floor is the initial floor rite?all people can access there to swimming pool and so...will it be noisy?

Do we have fast food outlets along Jalan Puchong? I only knew KFC but it is located in old shop lots. How about McD and Pizza? OUG Parklane can be very attractive place if we have many foods outlets and convinience shops there. Imagine we have papa rich,starbucks,mini careffour or even bank.That place will be meletops..

I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Hope it will boom into one busy township (though by that time I might not like the traffic).

Yea man.. my friend willingly top up and buy from the earlier booker, but still worth it bcos later phase is much more expensive (not this project but others).. actually all thanks to "Developer" who created all this "book 1st no commitment" and "later phase more expensive than earlier phase" scenario, letting other ppl take advantage...
